You definitely not only have a need to feel your anger and a right to express it but others as you mentioned need to understand rage serves a purpose. I truly hope to see you at a point of joy and celebration one day but Iβm also hopeful that when that day comes you celebrate your joy authentically. For today, rage. And Iβm here for it. π€ π‘ β€οΈ
