We give too many white people the benefit of the doubt. As far as "teaching moments," you can't force white people to learn what they don't want to, and I don't see the point in supporting things that negatively affect Black people, in the HOPES that some white person might learn something. Honestly, I'm all outta spoons.

2021-07-11 18:06:12 +0000 UTCI’ve been thinking about the D&D episode for quite a while and was (and still am) SO excited when I saw you made a video about it. I’m still on the fence about how the episode made me feel… personally I felt much more uncomfortable with the episode where Chang basically kidnaps two Black children and then it’s kinda brushed under the rug. Regardless, Community is one of my all time favorites and as with anyone or anything else I love, I aim to practice accountability and not immediately defend questionable content without taking some time to reflect. I absolutely loved this video and all of the thought that was put into it. Really curious to see what others think.
