Reward adjustment (2)

After I tried many things, I would like to change the reward GIF to become WIP steps in PNGs instead because;
- GIF can't do in big size ( too long to render )
- Color is not accurate ( limited color palette )
- Can't change step as please
so I change into PNGs for both accuracy and comfortable.
