ETS Chapter 2: You Are Not Midoriya Izuku...

Ochako was patiently waiting outside the changing room.

She felt a bit disappointed that she couldn't partner up with Midoriya. The time he had saved her in the entrance exam was still fresh in her memory and often caused her heart to throb.

Even now just standing outside the changing room she felt her heartbeat increase.

She shook her head with a furious blush as she whistled to hide her embarrassment.

"Hmm, he's taking a lot of time." Ochako was a bit worried, "Don't tell me he fainted again!?" Ochako would never admit that a small part of her was expecting Midoriya to be in the middle of changing.

She wasn't such a naughty girl!

Don't get distracted Ochako! You have to earn a lot of money and make Mom and Dad happy!

Thinking of this she hurriedly knocked on the door.

"Midoriya-kun! Midoriya-kun! Are you okay?"

Silence.

Ochako put away her stray thoughts as she grew genuinely worried.

Did he really faint!?

Ochako pressed her lips together before opening the door.

As soon as the door opened Ochako would never forget what she saw.

A brilliant crimson light flashed towards her.

Everything happened so fast.

She felt her vision blur and the world itself seemed to be spinning.

The last thing she saw was the fall of her own headless body and Midoriya-kun who was wearing a strange bone-white mask.

"Why...?" The whisper barely left her lips as the light in her eyes dulled.

The girl who was full of hope and dreams towards the future had met her end in an untimely manner and that too at the hands of her first crush.

Blood splattered everywhere.

Ryuzaki coldly looked at her rolling head before grabbing her headless body by the scruff of her costume. He walked towards the rolling head till it stopped and picked it up with his other hand.

His eyes glanced at the Sub-Mission window.

[Sub-Mission— 1. Kill Ochako and dump her body in the middle of the Simulation Training Centre. Declare your hatred for the world and cement your status as a true Villain. Completion Reward— 2000 SP!]

A trail of blood lingered behind his footsteps.

...

Simulation Centre.

The entire student body along with All Might were hidden in the basement of the building where the students were undergoing training.

Through the CCTV cameras, All Might was asking questions and explaining the duties of Heroes and how villains think.

Currently on the screen the 'Heroes' and 'Villains' were fighting.

The Hero Team was Shoto Todoroki and Mezo Shoji.

The Villain Team was Mashirao and Toru Hagakure.

On the screen, Shoto and Mezo could be seen talking. It was unknown what they were talking about but Mezo seemed to be surprised by Shoto's words.

A second later, he leapt through the window and exited the building much to the surprise of the Students of Class 1-A.

"What's he doing!?"

"Is it some kind of plan?"

"I wonder what their strategy is."

All Might watched the students discuss and smiled wryly. He had an inkling of what Shoto Todoroki wanted to do. Well, this would also be a lesson of how overwhelming power makes things easier.

And just as he thought— Todoroki placed his hands on the ground.

Swish!

The entire building was ensnared by ice. It took at most a few seconds and Mashirao and Toru were submerged in ice without the ability to move.

Todoroki effortlessly defeated the Villain Team and secured the warhead.

The Villain Team had bitter expressions on their faces though one of them couldn't be seen.

All Might sighed.

"See young heroes? Todoroki and Mezo have decided to use the most efficient tactic at hand knowing their opponents had no counter to his Ice-Based Quirk. In the future when you are fighting villains remember tha—" All Might suddenly paused.

He looked at the expressions of the students of Class 1-A and saw them sporting a look of horror. It was as if they had seen an unbelievable scene.

"A-All M-Might... look..." A stuttering voice reached his ears as he saw Momo point behind him. He turned around, an ominous feeling welling in his heart.

His eyes darted across the surveillance screens before freezing at the screen and top right corner. The screen reflected the situation outside the building.

On the screen, All Might saw something that made his body tremble in disbelief.

A messy green-haired kid was walking towards the Training Building from the entrance of the Simulation Centre.

But that wasn't all.

The reason all of them were horrified was that the green-haired boy was carrying two 'objects'. One hand held a headless body which still had blood flowing out of it and the other hand had the head of the classmate they were just taking with.

The disembodied head was still wearing an expression of confusion.

"Young Midoriya...?" All Might whispered before disappearing from the underground basement. The students also were broken out of their stupor.

Some still didn't believe the scene on the camera.

Especially Bakugo.

He felt a chill go down his spine as he saw the wimpy kid he bullied as a child walk towards the Simulation building with an expressionless face.

"..."

...

Ryuzaki raised a brow in surprise seeing Mezo stand outside the building.

He ignored the trembling kid and patiently waited for the audience to arrive.

It didn't really take long.

A few seconds.

All it took was a few seconds before All Might appeared before Mezo, shielding him as he looked towards Ryuzaki with a gaze full of sorrow and rage.

Students began gathering behind All Might and some even vomited seeing the scene.

A suffocating silence engulfed the Simulation Centre.

The once lively classroom had fallen into stunned horror.

Midoriya Izuku stood at the entrance, drenched in blood.

His right hand clutched the headless body of Ochako Uraraka. His left held her severed head, crimson still dripping from the torn flesh of her neck.

No one spoke. No one moved.

All Might felt his chest tighten. His fingers curled into fists as he stared at the scene before him.

"Young Midoriya...?" His voice was barely above a whisper.

Ryuzaki didn’t react. He simply dropped Ochako’s body onto the ground. A dull thud echoed as the students flinched.

Then, he raised her head.

"What an odd world."

The words were spoken softly, yet they carried through the training ground with terrifying clarity.

All Might’s stomach twisted. The students behind him stiffened. Some gasped. Others trembled.

"Heroes. Villains. Society itself. It’s all filled with impurities."

A slow breath left him.

"But don’t worry."

His fingers tightened around the severed head. The flesh cracked. Blood oozed between his claws.

"I’ll clean it all."

Then he threw it.

All Might barely caught it in time. Warmth still lingered in the skin. The weight in his hands was real. The reality of it settled deep into his withered bones.

His arms trembled.

The students behind him broke.

Tsuyu clamped a hand over her mouth. Momo staggered backwards, her breath caught in her throat. Kaminari hit the ground, legs giving out beneath him.

Bakugo stared.

His eyes were wide, unblinking.

His fists trembled at his sides, nails digging into his palms.

"What… the fuck…?" His voice was barely audible, "Deku... What the fuck did you do? What the fuck did you DO!?"

Ryuzaki ignored him. He dropped Ochako’s corpse and took a step forward.

Blood trailed behind his feet.

All Might tensed.

The sadness in his expression faded. He gently placed the head down. His body shifted, muscles tightening, golden sparks of energy flickering across his skin.

"...Are you really Midoriya Izuku? The warm-hearted boy I knew would never do something like this."

Ryuzaki tilted his head.

A slow chuckle escaped him.

Green electric sparks along with red veins flashed around his body, clearly visible through the gym uniform.

All Might’s eyes widened.

"It's One for All..." He whispered as his last hope vanished, "It really is you... Why? WHY!?"

His voice was hoarse, his heart heavy. The boy he once saw as the future’s greatest hero was now standing before him as an undeniable villain.

Ryuzaki calmly stared at the Strongest Hero.

He didn't answer.

Instead specks of white gathered around his face slowly forming a bone-white mask with red patterns.

Golden, hollow-infused eerie eyes glowed ominously behind the mask.
