Thank you for all your patronage over the last four months. You've made my life incredibly rewarding in a way I cannot describe and your support is hugely appreciated.
As those on the $10 patron tier may have noticed, there's not currently a third story up. This was not intentional, but last week was an incredibly difficult one for me mentally and writers block hit me as a result. However, the story is well on its way to being completed and will be done before October 31st. I'm not going to let it go beyond that, not least because I need to start on the first of November's stories at the same time (thankfully, I've already drafted out ideas for it so it should be much easier to write than this one, where I went from a single idea and just couldn't manage to get it right)
I really want to be able to get back to my regular routine. It was actually hugely helpful to my mental health, and fear of missing my own set deadline contributed to my anxiety last week. In the end I had to step back and reassess priorities, focus on keeping myself moving forward and drafted up ideas for next weeks story before I continued with this one.
I want to try to make these updates a little more regular as well, at least one a month. As I've been consistently uploading and talking on my Discord (which many of you have joined and have been fantastic for feedback and creating a community I feel really proud of) I hadn't worried about it too much, but I think it would help when issues like this crop up.
Christmas is also on the horizon, which is going to obviously be a busy month for all of us. I still want to get 3 stories and an audiobook out over December, but they may not come out on Mondays as is my regular schedule. Instead I'll try to get out each one as they're finished.
