Patreon Malfunction and Declined Pledges

Hello everyone!

Apparently yesterday there was a server issue with Patreon or something similar. While the site is up and running i was surprised to discover that a lot of people were saying that their pledges were all declined.

I went to check on my own and to my surprises all my pledges to other Patreons were also declined. I am still waiting a response from customer support but in the mean time i edited my pledges and they seem to be working again except for one in particular that just won't work.

I am gonna post a copy of the steps Kadath posted on his post about the same issue about how to deal with the issue in the current state.

"Go over to your icon on the upper right-hand side, and click 'Pending Pledges' on the drop-down menu. It'll say there if your pledge is declined, and you can click 'edit' and click 'save changes' to push it into processing again."

Using those steps i DID get the email noticing me about the edit.

Still, might be a good idea to keep an eye on Patreon's social media accounts to see if they have an annoucement for this.
