Communication with Tesla Service isn't much better. Scheduled what I thought was the install of my winter tires and found out it was actually just to pick the tires up. "Your order is confirmed. This appointment is for picking up the tire package as we have limited storage space. We will then schedule your installation for later this Fall. Please do not cancel or Modify the date/time of this appointment. You may notice changes to date/time, that will be our Parts department adjusting as your package arrives."
