@2:10 - The UK got rid of all paper needed for cars, last thing to go was the road tax disc that lived in the corner of the windscreen and needed replacing every year, that went as all police have number plate recogitnotion and can tell if it's taxed, as well as insured, MOT'd (road legal), stolen or whatever of course.

I agree with Elon in most things but the World defiantly needs less people. The world resources will not be sufficient if China, India etc grow their middle class population.
