Re that car making donuts in that pond, I accidentally did that (not donuts but driving too fast through a deep puddle) with my Model 3 during recent street flooding here in Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada and it wound up folding back the plastic shield under the rear third (presumably including trunk and rear motor) of the car. The folded over part of the shield scraped the ground as I was driving for the next week or so until I got an appointment with the local Tesla service center to get the part replaced. Cost me $470 to get the part replaced. I wonder if those Chinese video guys take that shield off before they go amphibious with their Teslas.
