Dear NHTSA
The Projected Average Required Fleet-Wide Fuel Economy (mpg) for Combined U.S. Passenger Cars and Light Trucks is best advanced with Alternative 3. Please move forward on Alternative 3 and require a 10.0 percent average annual fleet-wide increase in fuel economy for both passenger cars and light trucks for MYs 2024–2026.
Please revisit the ways the NHTSA can weigh the EPCA’s four statutory factors in a way that places heavy emphasis on our citizen's health and our environment.
Thank you very much and be heathy :)

A spokesman for Tesla is a great idea but it needs to be someone with star power and car guy cred… maybe Jay Leno? Might make inroads with the older crowd too!
