Zac and Jesse, Tesla, as far as customer service goes, needs a second in command like Gwynne Shotwell. Space X customers aren't complaining. Before you get your nose out of joint, my point is Tesla's Customer Service Dept. sucks because there is no leadership in this area. The guy at the top (Elon) is clearly not a people person. I think that the Customer Service Dept. is a reflection of that. So, again elon need a Gwynne Shotwell person in this part of the company. Tell Elon to get right on that.

I’m 2 weeks away from my scheduled delivery. Tesla did a MS Teams meeting with several of us to explain what would happen on delivery day. They said that our “Tesla Advisor” would help with any further questions. Communication is through text. There is also a post-delivery meeting. Overall, the communication is really good - I was surprised. I think they’re trying to make changes to improve communication.
