As you know I've finished Synthetic Instinct Issue 4 thus the entirety of Volume 2 in September.
I have been working on Synthetic Instinct for 5 years now, I wrote my script up to Volume 3 (issue 5-6) and I have my outline for the entire thing. As I say I know how this story ends, just now I'm running out of finished script.

I need some time to write, I find webcomic audiences don't really put value in writing or why a creator needs time to write. If you just focus on the art stories can loose steam or direction 100+ pages in.
I want to finish all the Synthetic Instinct scripts first.

I also need a break from constantly working on Synthetic Instinct.
When I'm 110% focused on a comic I don't take time to work on stuff I need to practice to keep my skills up. I also want to get comic samples in my current portfolio,
reorganize my website/web presence and get my comics on their own subdomains so I can have a portfolio again.

Normally speaking I would just jump into another comic as I have ton of scripts like what I did with Wild Autumn when I was on vacation earlier this year. Honestly a lot of people were really rude with their feedback about Wild Autumn so I have to admit I lost a lot of steam about working on it again. I don't want to dwell on it but it did kinda hurt.

So till the new year I won't have any new comics or comic updates. I'll still be making art, posting portfolio sample pages in pencils/inks. As well concepts I need to design for Synthetic Instinct as I haven't even had much time to work on those.
