Mipha's Grace - WIP

I felt like recording a quick song cover that I am planning! I am sure many of you played The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Well, even if you haven't, I have. And it absorbed about two straight weeks of my life when it first came out. During the game, I was very much in love with everyone's favorite Zora princess, Mipha. I thought it was a shame that her theme only plays once, as it made it hard to remember. I ended up finding a piano cover that was quite enchanting by DS Music:

That was it, I decided to cover the song.

By taking Mipha's final conversation with Link and what I knew of her character, I wrote the lyrics. It is clear she loved Link, and I heard a lot of lyrics that were so centered around that. But, Mipha is dead and she knows that. She didn't bother telling Link that because she didn't want him to be held back in the case he had feelings for her, so I tried to keep that in mind and clear through the lyrics. Aka, more of implied love then centered around love.

Anyway, Mipha is really important to me so I really wanted to get across her feelings properly. The instrumental was provided by DS Music (I simply took his Muse Score and changed the instruments to a harp and ocarina) however, this is not the final work. The vocals are completely raw and unmixed, I am still debating how I want to do this cover, but I really wanted to share it with you all since I haven't had anything for you in awhile <3
