This is pretty exciting!
Next week I will launch my first ever song - in my first ever band! We're called Mystery Fun Club, and the first single is a tribute to the eels in the Sumida Aquarium in Tokyo. These little guuys were starting to get shy from all the isolation during corona times and the Aquarium set up a bunch of ipads next to the tank and asked the general public to facetime the eels, so they wouldn't get lonely and forget humans! We know how they feel. You can read more about that here: https://www.sciencealert.com/tokyo-aquarium-needs-your-help-reminding-their-eels-to-not-fear-humans
I wrote the song in collaboration with Bogan Mongrel & Hadas Hinkis. She's also an amazing solo vocalist, sex worker and latex designer. I recommend you check her out, you won't be disappointed. https://hadashinkis.com/
This is just a sneak peak of a rough cut from the clip. We used UV paint and lights with body painted designs inspired by sea creatures. In particular nudi branch and of course, eels!
