I've been a bit uninspired lately, I think I'm just a bit tired of the pressure to create new things constantly. I've been pondering for a few months now if creating full-time is something I would really like to be doing, it's not only the creating part that weights on me but all of the other tasks that come along with having a small business, the selling my work part and the social media grind is the one I absolutely hate the most. It's just exhausting, to be honest, and I feel icky like I'm trying to shove my things down people's throats. It's different with you guys because you actually chose to be here, and I'm so grateful for that (*´ ˘ `*).｡o♡
Well, the news is, that after much looking, I finally found a nice job that I'm excited about. It will pay more than enough for me to make a nice living and allow me to create for fun and to make other people happy. I'll be working full-time from HOME (hell yeah) and I'll have a condensed week's schedule of 4 working days/ 3 days off, which will allow plenty of time to keep Patreon running and to actually relax, not rush new kits and update my shop every couple months or when I'm actually ready.
It's been pretty hard to keep my life afloat for the last few months, financially I mean. Paypal set me back quite a bit when they decided to hold back my money from the last shop update, aka stealing. So this job offer couldn't have come at a better time. I'm glad I gave this full-time creating thing a chance though, I wouldn't have known it was not for me otherwise, my mind is at ease now and I can't wait to have financial freedom again. I'm choosing the 9 to 5 and I don't feel like that's such a bad thing anymore ♡

I'm sorry to hear you went through financial troubles as well ( ◞‸◟`) It must be even more stressful when you have little ones to take care of, can't even imagine. I hope you are feeling a bit safer and less stressed out this days and I wish you all the best for you and your little kids (.づ◡﹏◡)づ.♡

I’m so glad you’re finding an enjoyable balance and financial peace! 🥹🥰 I know that pressure is SO HORRIBLE when you have to create and advertise, etc, just to barely get by. From 2019-2022 I was a dominatrix due to lack of daycare for my youngins, and I had to figure out how to make a lot of money to survive without being away from home. That pressure literally turned almost all my hair gray. So I truly empathize and am so glad you found that type of financial freedom, from home 🙉, AND with time to still be creative! Also f PayPal for doing that to you! What the cuss?!?!?! It’s a shame that such actions are legal. 🤬
