Well the first answer, was waiting for the final bits of art to be done. It is not an amazing update, but if you like the new artist's style, you will enjoy seeing all the old art done in a new style.
And for the second question, just need more time to work on it. Been a bit busy as usual, and there is been delays as usual. So probably just release it at the end of this month, and then begin full steam on getting a Non Monstrum Demo out.
