The Star Wars Timesaber - v1.0

Here is the completed visual graphic to my latest timeline project, the Star Wars Timesaber, v1.0! Not only do I include all the Star Wars films and shows, but I also include all the novels, comics, and games! There's so much Star Wars that it was impossible to fit it all onto a single line, so I devised a new way to visualize the flow of time! And over the course of a little over a month, the Star Wars Timesaber was born!

You'll find a legend on the bottom left that should help clarify which titles are from which medium, as well as a footnote legend to help explain why certain titles are where they are on the timeline. I have chosen, due to a lack of real estate, to forego including short stories, short comics, short story anthologies, children's picture books, and choose your own adventure novels.

I sincerely hope you enjoy the Timesaber, as it should be a handy guide to keeping everything within the canon on one big visual guide. The full size image, attached below (and also downloadable in our Geekritique Timelines folder) is a whopping 25000x10000 pixel behemoth, comprises 1271 Photoshop layers, and was compiled over the course of several weeks.

I utilized several timeline guides to help with all the placements on this visual guide, including the reference book Star Wars Timelines, Wookieepedia, and most importantly the Youtini timeline curated by Trevor Davey (which is truly the best Star Wars timeline resource).

This image is a Patreon exclusive, and should not be shared or reproduced without consent.

UPDATE: I've added a smaller size that should look great on mobile devices. Apparently the larger graphic tends to crash certain mobile apps.

Aww, thank you so much!

Hey, sorry I'm responding so late. A frame story is a story that comprises one or more significant flashbacks, but I've placed it on the timeline where the present day events are being told from.

Oh also, what does frame story mean? Ik it’s 1 of those to help explain Y certain titles r where they r, but more specifically, is this used to denote that a story starts/ends here on an outlier placement outside the meat of it’s story, or that it has a significant piece or flashback here?
