March Project Round-Up

Here's all the posts and projects I got up to in March!

I Still Stand By This (drama-alert) (๐Ÿ”’ Private!)
Locked because the internet is literally insane and I needed a place to talk about it.

The Joy Project
First video update on the giant collaborative fiber project I am creating with my patrons! I dive into sketching out the โ€œnatureโ€-themed words that people submitted to the project.

2005
Matt re-discovered a collection of black and white film photos he took when we had just met back in 2005 as a 19 and 21-year-old exploring France. This post shares his beautiful photography and I reminisce about The Old Days.

Sober Sex (๐Ÿ”’ Private!)
Legit rockstar Louisahhh Pillot interviewed me for her podcast Sober Sex, which collects conversations about recovery from addiction and/or your other demons, and connecting intimately to yourself and others. The interview itself is public and I really do encourage people to listen to this one because we have a genuinely heartfelt conversation (see if you can spot the times I quietly choked up!), but I made this post about it private because, well, some stuff you just gotta keep between you and your closest internet-strangers who pay a monthly fee to access your innermost thoughts. You know how it is.

It is time.
Spring is officially here. (video [itโ€™s dumb])

Show Us Your Holes
Mattโ€™s favorite jeans are literally disintegrating but DONโ€™T WORRY: I am on the job! Hand sewing is, like, literally my only domestic skill and I put it to use repairing these pants with patches and decorative stitches. Of course I documented the whole process to create both a video and a blog post, because did you even do anything if you didnโ€™t share it on the internet?

Look, it makes me happy, ok?
Yes, itโ€™s Lady Lovely Locks fanart. What did you expect from me?

20th Anniversary DAR! (๐Ÿ”’ Private!)
Twenty years ago I launched a webcomic and it literally changed every aspect of my life and continues to directly affect me today. If I could go back in time and stop myself, would I? A lot of times, I think: yes.

Oh! And I drew a whole-ass comic for the 10th Anniversary of Oh Joy Sex Toy! Weโ€™re actually holding our first ever Pledge Drive to fund publishing these comics for the rest of the year, so get on board for a bunch of exclusive rewards like bonus comics and video interviews with yours truly and a bunch of other OJST cartoonists who will win your heart over if youโ€™re not already a fan.
