The (non-Porg-related) dialogue between you two in this episode is some of the most engaging and genuinely entertaining Asterios content I've ever heard, and I've been a fan of yours since your first BPitU appearance. But, man, the background 'music' for Porg Chatter in particular is so annoying :P Hope you change (or, ideally, remove) it sometime soon.

I looked into why afterward and... they should really just tell people that. :P I'm super glad you found the one for you! Finding the right antidepressant is like committing to possibly years of super-depression to hopefully find the treatment for your regular depression. It's awful. I was really really lucky to find my match on the second try. They put me on Lexapro first and that was the weirdest five weeks of my life.

2018-07-04 00:18:02 +0000 UTCoh my goodness -- wow i was on 150 wellbutrin (actually the generic, buropuroin) and i was never told about an alcohol interaction. goddamn. over the course of like a decade i tried a bunch of meds -- lexapro, wellbutrin, wellbutrin + 5mg of abilify, and prozac. i never had much success with them, but for some reason venlaxafine just works -- it worked like instantly and i've been on it for at least three years now. the thing that sucks about meds is the LONG effacicy period -- like you gotta wait six months sometimes to see if they work. so i'd do wellbutrin or lexapro forever, and just kinda never realize that it wasn't working.

Have you noticed any differences on your week off? I'm on Wellbutrin and I've basically given up alcohol and drugs for a life of perceptual celibacy. Mixing them can cause seizures and I'm not taking my chances.
