New(ish?) Sprite - Illran

Actually, we weren't planning to give him another sprite, but it was decided last minute that his scenes with his younger self might be a little confusing if he looks exactly the same.
Veras, on the other hand, can stay the same safely.
Fuyuure also let me know she is working on an alternate arm pose for Illran's normal sprite. She's worried his arms might get sore, holding them up all the time!
