New Patreon Option - Annual Membership

Just a quick note to say that Patreon's rolled out an update that allows you to pay annually for any tier we offer at a discount rate of 15%. We've just opted in to this.
If you want to take advantage of the discount go ahead - otherwise, feel free to stay on monthly payments!
