Weekly Update 3

Gabmag here, ready to give you our weekly update!
This weeks been very busy for everyone involved in this project. Let's start with an update from an art perspective:
-Received our first colored background from our BG arist, Henry Ou. We're very impressed with the scale of it! We started with a hard one and he exceeded our expectations, so we've sent him another 5 to work on. These will be used in the demo.
-Received ALL sprites that will be used for the kickstarter - the rest will be done after funding. The last character that was completed was Cyne, our rich trickster. Fuyuure did an amazing job with him.
-Sent in the request for our kickstarter cover image, plus our first 18+ CG. We're waiting for the sketches for these, then we'll share them here.
-Music wise, we got one more demo track from Efe Tozan, our Tavern theme. It's a lot of fun, so give it a listen if you're on the $7+ tiers.
-Potouto is still working on our logo, and once that's complete we may start getting our GUI developed.
Now, from a more technical perspective:
- Most of the coding completed for the demo. We're just waiting on CGs and BGs now! Woohoo!
-Writing is coming along smoothly, but most of this week has been dedicated to the demo.
Now, on to some exciting announcements! We're in talks with an established animator, and will quite possibly have an ANIMATED opening to our game! Wow! We're still working it out, and if it doesn't suit the rest of the game, we'll instead go with an opening that uses sprites and CGs. But it would be amazing to have an anime style opening instead.
We're also working with Lazybuns to create chibi versions of Raen, Fawn, Leos, Cyne and the Divine Speaker! We'll use these during the kickstarter and hopefully for future merch.
