We say goodbye to the animated show. I had never seen a full episode until your series watch. We got some new characters and some far out looking aliens/scenary that couldnt be done with the live show. 7/10 overall I'd give it someone did a really cool animated star trek next gen in the exact same style as this animated show! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jyz2pVqrEkI

2024-08-25 16:05:27 +0000 UTCWith these two seasons of TAS, the Enterprise's 5 year mission comes to a close. I've been hoping for a Strange New Worlds flashback, featuring Captain April and his CMO Sarah Poole, showing the very beginnings of Enterprise and featuring an appearance by Scott Bakula as Jonathan Archer, who history reveals actually toured the newly constructed Enterprise mere weeks before peacefully passing away. This episode was the foundation for Star Trek's strong connection to the city of San Francisco. Speaking of Strange New Worlds, I have read the showrunner recently asked Paramount for 13 episodes instead of 10. His request was denied, but they said it was okay if he wanted to do LESS episodes. He settled for the 10.
