You mentioning Norman Lloyd is reminding me of something else . I think he comes up in the next episode. Now, as for the Outer Limits, I'd almost forgotten the endless dials and buttons. ๐คฃ That series really was hit or miss at times. Cool story with Muhammad Ali. I've never seen these pictures before!

They spend 15min having the viewer watch people pushing buttons making dials turn for time padding. This 'play' reminds me of the time Muhammad Ali once successfully talked a suicidal man down from the top of a building like this: https://rarehistoricalphotos.com/muhammad-ali-saving-suicidal-man-1981/ this part sadly sounds familiar: "A crowd gathered on the street below, goading Joe to jump to his death." People sometimes cruely play the song 'Jump' by Van Halen when these things happen
