FH22 is coming!

​​Hello everyone, 2022 is already knocking on the door so it's time to recap this past year and announce some news for next year. Come on!​

​FH21

Starting the year, we migrated from FH20 to FH21, with a general adjustment in the program, redoing the layout, rearranging items and mainly REMAKING items from scratch. Virtually all face/hair items have been redone and/or readjusted. And throughout the year, we have been increasing, month by month, the range of items and groups at FH.

This was a very busy year, thanks to subscribers we jumped from six to almost TWELVE THOUSAND ITEMS in one year of production, plus some new features, fixes and improvements.

We now have professionals paid for their work. Illustrators, vectorizers and character creators, constantly improving Factory of Heroes, all thanks to the FH subscription system. I hope we can improve even more and that next year will be bigger than this one.

​FH22

Unlike FH20>FH21 we won't have any drastic changes this time, FH22 will probably just change the logo. It will be the same program, models and items (of course increasing with the monthly update), the saved files will open normally next year.

The subscription system continues normally in Catarse and Patreon, but with a temporary change.

I will temporarily pause the item voting system as we now have around +200 items in production for upcoming updates. These are the remaining items from the old ordering system and as the volume is very high, I will focus on producing these and the items for the Models ¾ to finally complete these models.

Even without the votes, we will have monthly updates guaranteed for the coming months with a higher volume of items than normal.

​FHMobile

In 2022, maybe I will incorporate FHMobile into the subscription system, as the demand for updates for this version is very high. Many seek subscription in order to have an updated version of FHMobile.

I say maybe because I still don't know exactly how it could work. How it would be updated, would it stay on the playstore or would it send a download link for the weekly updated apk to subscribers like the FH21. There are many factors to think about before offering.

Anyway, we will have very soon an update of the mobile FH (the normal one, not the FH-Fantasy), so stay tuned!

A new FH?​

In addition to all the new items, paid professionals etc. the subscription system allowed me to hire a company to then finally produce a version of Factory of Heroes ​ built entirely on the UNITY game engine.

This version is not very different from the current version of FH, but from it we will be able to finally evolve the program in terms of functionalities, who knows, maybe we will finally be able to have a Ctrl+Z or a system to group items?

The idea is that this version completely replaces the current version, without many visual changes but until then we have a lot of testing to do.

Temporarily named FHUnity, this version is still in development since August and we will probably have a functional test version for the next few months, however WITHOUT AN EXPECTED OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE.​

​Finishing

I had one more cool news, but this one I'll have to wait and leave for next year, so you'll have to wait a little longer.

- Q: Do I need to overpay for FH22?
- A: No, the subscription system continues normally, support remains the same.

- Q: Will my FH21 characters open in FH22?
- A: Yes, normally.

- Q: Will the FH21 be available for free?
- A: Not for the next 5 years.

- Q: Can the item I ordered in FH21 be deleted in FH22?
- A: Any item, ordered or not, can be deleted or changed if it affects any type of law (especially cases involving copyright), so it is better to lose an item than the entire FH.

- Q: What items and models will be in FHUnity?
- A: The idea is to have all of the most current version when it comes out.

- Q: When will FHUnity be released?
- A: NO PLANNED OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE.

- Q: When will the mobile FH update be released?
- A: Soon.
