So far I've burnt down Moscow, and Sergeant Bourgogne of the Imperial Guard has stuffed his pack with sugar, rice and loot as he begins the retreat... More soon!

π―% agree! Very different to what happened to Napoleon's III Marshals and Generals who were mostly incompetent. That's one of the reason why The Second French Empire fell to The Prussians in 1870. 2019-11-22 18:52:08 +0000 UTCI swear, Napoleon had some of the most bad-ass subordinates in his Marshalls/Generals. Ney, Murat, Oudinot, Rapp, Davout...list goes on. Napoleon was a gifted commander but success at that scale can't be achieved alone.
