I'm posting two other (old) Napoleonic videos to YouTube this week - today, our quick guide to infantry tactics, to the tune of Beethoven's Egmont Overture (originally part of the Battle of Aspern video, now its own short video). And tomorrow, 'Napoleon: Master of Europe', which is a compilation of the first six episodes of the Napoleonic Wars series. A total running time of 95 minutes for those who can't get enough of the Little Corporal.

Thank you Wade. Yes, Russian diplomacy combined with Napoleon starting to display the corrupting influence of absolute power.. He refused to take Swedish interests or Bernadotte seriously, and lost himself a potentially very useful ally.
