Plans for Patreon

Hi everyone!

As those of you who have been visiting the Patreon will know, I am planning to update the tiers with more clear benefits.

Here are the changes so far, that will be implemented after this post.

1. Patreon benefits in Discord is going to end in a month. The benefits are transferring over to the Discord subscription system. This is being done for two reasons. 1) Since the Discord update that rolled out this subscription service, new Patrons have not been getting roles properly (some do, others don't). 2) Now that Discord is integrating itself, I think it makes sense to make Discord benefits isolated to the app itself.

Important: What this means is that if you participate in Golden Boys hangouts, you will need to purchase that access on Discord.

If that is the main purpose behind your Patreon subscription cancel your subscription here and swap it over to Discord. We have priced them the same.

2. Patreon only streams will be available to all levels.

Still to do:
Higher levels are going to be moved around, probably one deleted. Benefits being considered:
- Access to a Nic led Bible study on Sundays

- Access to a call-in show with Kyla that is focused on meaning of life, questions of finding joy

- Access to behind the scenes videos from community events as well as dog videos

- Access in the future to any research articles I write
