Bilka - the new addition at AMOS

Meet Bilka 🌿
We sheltered this sweetheart two days ago, she is good now but has very serious problems.
She doesn't have a tail and pees uncontrollable, according to the x-rays, she seems to have an injured pelvis.
The cat is spayed and the tail is amputated max 2 months ago. Which means that someone took care of her, operated her and released her back on the streets.
We are searching for the person who cared for her or the vet who operated her because we need to know exactly what happened to the cat.
