It's time for our #SundayStory post! Read Bibi's story with Amos... 🐾
In July 2019 we got a call for a mom Husky and her babies on the streets. Unfortunately we were crowded so we couldn't shelter both the mom and the babies. 🐺
About 1 month passed until the people called us again. They told us that all the puppies except one (Bibi) passed away. So, Bibi, a miniature puppy was left alone on the streets.. We asked them to vaccinate her at least once before they bring her to us because we had a very dangerous problem with Parvo Virus (a very deadly virus for puppies). After a few days they vaccinated her and called us to bring her to us. They brought her to us and Bibi became one of our 17 puppies we had then. Unfortunately a big part of the puppies passed away, Bibi was one of the 3 puppies that survived. 🌕
People who were looking for a puppy to adopt were constantly avoiding her, thinking that she isn't beautiful enough to adopt her. If she had blue eyes, everyone would surely run after her, but that's it.
When we moved to Gostivar she came with us together with her best friend Honey. Unfortunately, because none of the volunteers paid attention to her, Bibi became very scared and insecure from strangers. So she stayed with us for more than a year. Two times potential adopters have given up on her. The people who brought her to us didn't call even once to ask how she is, what is with her, is she alive at all.. 🌑
Anyway, after that much time, in August 2020 Bibi got adopted in the UK! We finally found people who will forever love her the way she is, who saw the beauty in her. Have a beautiful and long life our Bibi. 🌌
