Mila's story and her hero :)
Added 2020-05-28 10:00:02 +0000 UTCAfter we found Mila, she stayed with us for a while. Even though she had an eye infection, which kept getting worse as time went on, this didn't seem to bother her.
She patiently waited for someone to come around and play with her. She can be very energetic and loving, too.
Sadly, not everyone can see past the issue she was dealing with. But lucky enough, one of our patrons and supporters decided to take Mila in.
A big THANK YOU to Janicke Hammer, who is not only taking care of Mila now, but will also make sure that she gets the proper medical treatment for her eye.
Janicke is also willing to make her home a "forever home" for Mila if she feels comfortable enough to stay.
Now that's one lucky girl :)
