Detective Red has to deduce why the Barrier is acting so strange lately. What is it about Ray that's making him an exception to all established rules?
The touch of the barrier isn't cold, nor hot. It is room temperature. It isn't exactly firm, it does have a slight give to it, almost like a chair with padding on it. When you touch it you feel the sensation of water ever so slightly, but as soon as you let go, you'll find your hands to be perfectly dry.
