An important announcement and 1.6 compatibility

Hey everyone, today is a very big day as it marks the long awaited release of Stardew Valley 1.6 and also the day where I am publicly revealing I helped develop the update with ConcernedApe and the Stardew team. I've been keeping this a secret for quite some time now. Working on Stardew Valley officially has been a dream of mine ever since I started modding the game, which at this point was half a decade ago. Time sure does fly by!

Nothing from SVE was added into the update. Everything I made was created from a blank canvas and an idea - using all the skills and experience I've gained over the years from modding Stardew Valley. I know many of you are probably wondering what I specifically added to the update, but I'm afraid that information will be kept a secret. I don't think it's actually necessary to reveal who worked on what and I like it this way. Guesses can be made but I won't admit to anything! The fact of the matter is... there's a lot of awesome content in this update and I'm beyond thrilled to watch and hear you all play it.

Now, I must be frank about something. I pretty much halted SVE 1.15 and SVE 2.0 development when ConcernedApe hired me, but I'm still working on SVE. Between my work on the update and ensuring SVE would be compatible with 1.6 on day one... I wasn't really left with much time. This is why my Patreon feed has been a bit dry for a while. I'll be spending the next couple weeks fixing bugs and patching SVE 1.14.x. After I'm confident everything is in working order I'll continue SVE 1.15 development, along with regular teaser images and posts... maybe even some polls!

Stardew Valley Expanded has been updated to be fully compatible with 1.6. The mod can be found on NexusMods and ModDrop if you all wish to experience the new update with SVE. To close things off, I just wanted to give a huge heartfelt thanks to all of you for sticking with me through these months and years. It's still hard to believe how far I've come... Enjoy the update and everything that comes with it!
