Beta Changes Left
Added 2019-05-11 19:23:45 +0000 UTCHello! As the first Patreon exclusive post I wanted to give you a look inside the specifics of what needs to be done in order for the "beta" to be considered finished. Here is the list:
- Incorporate game replaying
- Logging in with IGDB credentials
- Allow selecting platform tags to bring up games with that platform
- Prettier emails for email confirmation, password resets, etc.
- Search improvements
- Allow admins to block fake games (cuts down on the clutter in search results)
- Add a FAQ / help page
- Clean up fake duplicate companies (again helps with the clutter)
- Lots of little bug fixes that aren't worth mentioning
The biggest feature here is certainly the game replaying as that will change how the underlying system works. The rest are mainly improvements on what is already there. Soon I'll be able to share what will be coming in the 1.1 update.
