Hmm, I wonder if Marcus is bisexual. He definitely has strong feelings for that guy lol, though he doesn't want to accept them. This is a passing thought, but maybe it would be beneficial for him to somehow trick the kingdom into thinking he could be manipulated through his desires. If they think they control him, the ones who think of him as a threat might reconsider. Idk if that would be in character for him to do, though.
