This is a lovely 90 mins from September of 92. The talking was mostly paused out of the recording sadly, but the music is fresh, and I just love hearing these songs in the context of a mix show. Redman, Diamond D, Dasez Tempo, Double XX Posse, Zhigge, Brand New Heavies feat. Large Pro, MC Ren, EPMD, Showbiz & A.G., Common, Run-DMC, Beasties, King T, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Pretty Tone Kapone, Kool G. Rap, and more. The show starts with a great sounding recording of O.C.'s "Step into the O-Zone," which gives me goosebumps.
It was Bob's birthday and he asked if he could DJ on air. I cut out the cuts because, well, basura incorporated.
