New Rewards will feature the Suggestion Box Tiers
Tier 1 - Last Pick (One Selection Per Month)
Tier 2 - Second Pick (One Selection Per Month)
Tier 3 - Priority Pick (Two Selections Per Month)
Probability for each suggestion of each tier to get picked will decrease with every suggestion placed
