Series, series, series!
Added 2024-07-30 13:02:39 +0000 UTCHey everyone,
I'm excited to announce that I've added new TV series to the database! I've surpassed 10 million phrases in English and reached over 1 million phrases in Spanish. I'm also working on expanding the collection to include series in other languages.
Thank you so much for your continued support! Your contributions help make this possible, and I can't wait to bring you more great content.
Stay tuned for more updates!

Hi Evgeny! I just joined yesterday and it's my first time on Patreon, so please excuse me if I'm not commenting in the right area. First and foremost, thank you for this amazing database that you've got going so far. I joined because I'm an English teacher and would like to use this website alongside my lesson plans to show "real" examples of the language I'm teaching. A few questions / suggestions if I may: 1) Is there a way to randomize the order in which the clips appear? For example, the phrase I wanted was "Can I have" which had a result of 2000+ phrases, but they play in the same order every time and I can't skip around. I accidentally went off the page when I was at around 500 and when I came back, I had to start back at #1. 2) As mentioned from other commenters above, it would be great to be able to narrow down results - for example: kids shows, comedy, a child saying the phrase, a woman saying the phrase, etc. 3) I noticed you have some really new content like clips from "The Boys" but most clips are from much older content. It would be great to be able to sort by year or other categories. Those are my two cents :) Again, thank you thank you thank you for all of this!

2024-09-07 01:43:28 +0000 UTCIs there any plan to allow search parameters to filter results based on Genre e.g. romance, horror, documentary. On that note I would love to see documentary/reality films and shows included one day.

2024-08-08 07:02:26 +0000 UTCIn my browser (on Android), when I scroll through the clips, the subtitles sometimes disappear behind the clip. It's when the subtitle has multiple lines. Each time that happens, I have to pull it down from behind the clip. Before the latest update, it didn't behave like that. It's a minor inconvenience, but it would be great if it could be fixed.

2024-08-04 10:21:51 +0000 UTCare there filters via the search bar (or elsewhere) to filter just movies, or just tv shows? if not it would be great to have ways to filter movies by year, genre, etc. Sometimes I search for a generic word and then there are 10,000 results. would be good to whittle down without changing the phrase
