One of the things that has been happening quite frequently is that the same person wins both votes in the same week (the pack on Fridays and the comic pages on Saturdays). And strangely, it's almost always the same people. I still find the way these votes are distributed strange. I'm not saying that anyone is cheating, I just find it strange.
So, this week, whoever won on Friday will not be able to win on Saturday, if the votes don't change by then. This way, it's fairer to the other supporters who are voting and suggesting.
So, if the person is winning both votes, the second vote will go to the second place. It seems like I'm being a tyrant, but this is something that has been bothering me a little in the last few weeks, since I'm making characters from repeated franchises, the same themes, etc., and maybe this isn't interesting to all supporters, due to the lack of variety.

Wasn't there a rule where if your character won, you couldn't submit another chararcter until two weeks later? Also, thanks for addressing this matter. It has been bumming me out.
