Hi, I'm sorry you're having this issue, i have a few other people with this problem as well, I'll have a new version with thicker support pins soon and hope it will fix the problem!

2025-04-01 18:08:43 +0000 UTCI've tried printing this twice but the right side of the neck separates from the body after several layers. I used the stock settings from the Cults3D 3mf file the first time, and slowed it down even more and used the settings in the description on Cults3D (that are different than the 3mf file), and it failed the same way both times. I'm printing with an A1. Did anyone have to do anything special to get these to print successfully? Thank you!
