The Smith and Sniff pilot episode

Hope you’re having a nice break, or near offer. There’s no new episode of Smith and Sniff this week but here, exclusively for Patrons, is what we like to think of as the engineering test mule for the show. This was recorded in January 2020 when we were idly thinking of doing a podcast alongside the YouTube vids but undecided about whether it would work, little realising that Covid would soon force our hand. Many things to note here including a different theme tune, a horrible Zoom call lag on the conversation, and Richard’s failure to use a decent quality microphone. Also, it now turns out that Carlos Ghosn escaped in a flight case rather than a shaped case for a musical instruments, but we didn’t know that at the time, as you can tell.
