Changes on the posting of Files (packs)
Added 2021-03-08 14:46:20 +0000 UTCI am thinking of changing the day of uploading the packs to before the 5th. Many people joined last month, but ended up leaving before receiving the rewards, they did not want to start another month. I still don't know for sure the day, maybe 25 of each month, I don't know yet.
I lost more than 20 supporters that month and I don't want that to happen again, to leave without even receiving the rewards. I am not a supporter so I do not know the day that the charges happen, if it is at the beginning of each month. So to make it easier, I'm thinking about this change;

It would probably be better to move it to some point at the end of the month in question. Since that way people can get their content before the 1st of the next month when they would be charged. Granted that's assuming the charge date can't be changed by you or if it ends up screwing with your schedule.

2021-03-08 16:36:08 +0000 UTCThe charge happens on the 1st of the month. There is also some setting on your end that can involve an up-front charge for when they choose to pledge. I.e. pledge on March 15, get charged immediately for March and then get charged on every 1st of the month going forward. Most people just put a disclaimer saying they shouldn't cancel their pledge till after they receive the rewards for the previous month.

2021-03-08 14:50:46 +0000 UTCThe charge usually goes through on the 1st of a new month, timing is dependant on region in the world. I do believe there is some setting you can adjust this on your end, but the default setting is the 1st.
