I thought the Harry Potter section was going to end up another possible expansion for Mr Metcalfe - "Harry Potters", a meandering series of YouTube videos where Harry tidies up his garden, maybe on the back of having an enormous bong...

Snowy

Harry potter and the prisoner of Akropovic!

Eoin Donoghue

Lads lads lads... can I just say what a bloody brilliant time we had at ManchesTOUR yesterday? Loved the brilliant selection of cars, the pleasingly large numbers number of punters without it feeling crowded and the various activities throughout the day. Even the catering was top notch. All in the place I saw my first ever car show back in the darkest before-times. Nice one! I shall treasure my #OTSOT mug forever.

Dark Newt

Trying to picture in my head, the bore and stroke of the Wärtsilä-Sulzer RTA96-C.1 metre for the bore and 8ft for the stroke and in terms of fuel consumption, 7243 Litres an hour.

I wonder if the new TVR factory (if it happens) will come with an In Car Graffiti section, so erotic art can be placed on internal panels before they are trimmed. Any mention of the new(maybe stillborn) TVR reminds me of the Sniff Petrol post that mentioned the AA and RAC panicking that new TVRs were going to be gracing our streets again.

Henry Lisk

Harry Potter and the Half-Buggered Prins LPG System

James Dilkes

Hart Potter and the Prisoner of the Astra Van. When the local constabulary nicked a yobbo for petty theft, only for catastrophic failure of the central locking system to occur upon arrival at the station. The film covers (almost in real time) the 4 hour wait for the RAC to arrive.

James Dilkes

All these 23in wheels that everyone is now developing for the big SUV’s are a pain to change, the weight is absolutely brutal! I’ve had to change them, and load them and there are a couple of wheels with tyres reaching 40kg per corner… Insanity!

Filipe dos Reis

Stolen (as per most of Harry Potter) from Simon Pegg's The Worlds End where all cars were Vauxhall Amperas.

Phil Tordoff

In the first film isn't there a flash back to the same street and all the cars are mk3 Cavaliers? Richard

The pensioner in the Asda van is perfect.

Firstdan2000

That's written in one of the comments on the video.

Firstdan2000

sometimes you see something on Twitter which is just made for here, and you know theres a whole podcast around it https://twitter.com/WebscrapingX/status/1455489149558005766

The lack of rain gutter groves and overall smoothness kind of makes the new Range Rover loos like a clay model, at least to me. Or maybe it's blemishes have been smoothed away by too much digital editing, like an IG girl with mask acne

Colin Kao

Richard, with regards to large wheels that now look standard, you asked where it would end. It's ended https://youtu.be/RnmjWP_u0Pk

Ronnie Whelan

Personally, I enjoy the Honda-centric spinoff of the Harry Potter wizarding universe. Fantastic Beats And Where To Find Them.

Brendan McAleer

Harry Potter and the half-finished Dutton kit car.

Peter Heamon

I've had a ride in an airport fire engine. We closed the runways because of an aircraft fault which required a fire engine in attendance. Since there were no other aircraft taking off or landing we blagged a ride. It was quite a busy airport too: Edmonton International in Alberta.

Peter Heamon

More info on that huge engine: https://youtu.be/jXHvY-zY9hA

Harry Potter films to appeal to car people poss took too long of my day but here you go Harry Potter and the philosopher's kia stonic Harry Potter and the camber on the topsecret supra Harry Potter and the pensioner in the asda van Harry Potter and the Griffin of the firenza Harry Potter and the cossie that's been nicked Harry Potter and the half rusted Austin Princess Harry Potter and the deadly alloys (Broke into 2 parts)

John Hempson

Speaking of harry potter and cars, the first film has some external shots of harrys house on privet drive, and all the drive ways on his road have a imaculate vauxhall Vectra estates, in different colours.

Jake Bell

Is Adele making off with The Late Brake Show brown chairs?

Paddy Campbell

No sardine relatetd chants at Carrow Road, but NCFC fans will always regail the players with a version of the world's oldest football chant: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On_the_Ball,_City

James Benedict Brown

Have not heard the podcast yet, pre-emptive comment. Generally like the Range Rover, but not sure about the paper clip holding the leading edge of the front door down.

Robin Capper

Almost as bad as the transit mk6 and 7 with the door windows slanted at the top which looks like the doors dropped from the inside.... can't not see that everytime I get in one.

iain leake

Now wondering - mmm, will that thing fit in the engine bay of a Nova?

Bruce Driffill

Thanks for pointing out the window frame thing on the Range Rover. I’ll never be able to look at anything else now and the bloody thing’s not even out yet.
