secBot high quality upgrade
Added 2018-04-17 23:00:01 +0000 UTCalongside the human characters the various Bots also get a new high quality upgrade.
the secBots don't show the "POLICE" tag anymore and got more details to their framework.
the other Bots will get similar changes too.
