Are you happy?

Hello Patrons,*

No show notes for this week's double bill of podcasts because hopefully they provide answers in and of themselves. Sort of. Instead, we'd like to check in with you, our fine and noble Patrons. Are you happy with the Smith and Sniff podcast? Are there things you'd like more of? Things you'd like less of? Are you satisfied with what you get for your Patreon support? Does receiving each new show 12 hours early work for you? Do you enjoy the show notes? Is there anything else you'd like such as a full cooked breakfast with each episode? Well, we're afraid we can't help you there, but if there's any other feedback you'd like to get off your chest go ahead and stick it in the comments.

Thanking yous!

Jonny and Richard

Just more of the same please guys. It's helped so much over lockdown to know there's this to look forward to on a Monday morning and hearing you guys witter on about Helmsman's mayonnaise brings a smile always! Thanks.

FlappyBird

I suggest that you make it longer than an hour. A 90 minute podcast is the perfect length for my Monday morning dog walk. Other than that, it's spot on! Thanks for your work. Here's to many post lockdown videos too!

Elliott Levy

I'm fine, looking forward to an occasional video !

Andreas K

I'm loving the Podcast but is it possible to get an RSS feed for the early releases so that it automatically updates on my podcast app?

Mark G Adam

Am I entertained? Yup! Listening to these two is how I imagine the writing process for Top Gear used to be (when it was good). It's gold, nothing else of the type comes close to Johnny and Richard unleashed. I signed up to Patreon because I wanted to say "Well done chaps, keep it up" and I don't need anything back, I get more than enough out of it already. I look at the show notes, but I generally listen on the Apple Podcast app while I'm walking the dogs because it's easy and I'm lazy. It would be interesting to have an occasional guest, but the show is basically perfect.

Graeme Brown

Did noone else think of this when they saw the title of the email? https://gifimage.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/gladiator-are-you-not-entertained-gif.gif

Jono

Loved it 👍

Gary Wasden

Love it. Keep it up. I regret to say I’m old enough to be your dad, but I have my own crosses/kids to bear OTSOT. I also listen to Gareth Jones on Speed and Superlicense F1. But I think yours is just ahead of them. Still within the 1 second DRS limit, so keep the pedal to the slightly rusty metal.

Chris Rayner

Agreed !

Lisa Monsterken

Listening to everything you guys do seems to make me laugh on a much deeper level than anything else. It’s perfect light listening with jovial content and genuinely makes me smile which is a big compliment. Please don’t feel that you have to change anything for patrons, I’m sure most of us are just here to support you guys in a similar way to how you’ve supported us all during this last year and hopefully for much longer... That being said, if Richard did some episodes in his Snjff Petrol characters, I think I might die of laughter.

Nick Ashworth

Jonny could write a short book on left-field alternatives to expletives.

Carl Pickering

This podcast is the highlight of my week. That makes me sound extremely sad but let’s face it, where else can you get a weekly dose of Jonny’s many words for cock (salami oboe is my personal favourite) and be reminded of the correct pronunciation of ‘spoorrrrtaahhhhh!’ Keep up the good work!

Matthew Marsh

I'm happy hearing one of you exclaim "Whuuaat?!" approximately once per episode. This is still the funniest automotive podcast I've found. The show notes are dessert, especially the photo of the smashed BX from episode 48. If you wanted to have a special guest episode for Patrons, make it someone willing to go on tangents.

Reed

I'm happy👍🏻

Chris Jarrett

Personally I'm very happy with it as it is. I always save Sniff and Smith to ease the pain of the Tuesday night rowing machine session so I don't take advantage of the early release but the show notes are nice to have. To be honest I'm not really looking for anything in return for my Patreon support. The reason I contribute is because I enjoy your content and listened to a lot of it during lockdown and therefore feel morally obliged to fund it in some small way. Keep up the good work.

David Maddock

It makes my Monday commute so the early release has no effect on me. Show notes are useful but take too much of your precious time up with these. Keep going as you are and the occasional special video would be great. Thanks for keeping me smiling this last year and the videos from beforehand.

George Farthing

I like the audio as typically arrives (down-under in NZ) in time for a morning commute. A great way to start the day

Robin Capper

I'm happy with the audio-only podcast format, although I have to say I really really miss you guys cruising around talking nonsense on camera. I understand those are technically and logistically 100x more time consuming but I really hope some day you can pick up where you've left off. Big high fives from London! Take care!

Kristof Kiraly

While a cooked breakfast would be wonderful (with black pudding and Stoke oat cakes please) you two genuinely make me laugh aloud which is well worth the subscription. Oh and Richard, have you stuck a tow-bar on that Rangie yet? 3.5 ton capacity would be a shame to waste.

Carl Pickering

Change nothing. It’s just fun as it is. I don’t generally listen to the early release as I listen on my Monday commute, unless it’s released later on my usual podcast app but I like the show notes & I would like a car sticker.

Simon Clark

Yes, that's an excellent suggestion.

Firstdan2000

Second (well, 99th at current standing) the previous comments. More of Johnny's whimsy with a side of Richard's cackle, please.

Timothy Jones

Incredibly happy with everything Smith and sniff. I love everything about it, and would definitely love some merchandise too!

Ollie Rix

On that side of things, same as everyone else says keep doing what you are doing. You guys are a very welcome chink of light in a dark world for a certain type of car nerd and aficionado of funny verbal ticks. A less sweary/ boozy, car culture related type of Derek and Clive (does praise come any higher?). Having said that, if you ever did want to deviate from your current format, how about: - Some deep dives on a couple of subjects. Something like almost a ‘book club’ review format where you could invite listeners to go away and watch something on YouTube say, and then in a later episode, you both dissect it and give your views. For example, the seminal ‘From a to b: tales of modern motoring’ documentary, would be a prime candidate. The film ‘The cannonball run’ would be another as there is all sorts to unpick there on many levels. - An episode just trawling an auction website such as collecting cars, talking about the stuff on it, likely back story’s etc. - Some specials ‘on location’ as we open up again. I am getting very excited about the opening of ‘Great British Car Journeys’, which is effectively a ‘Smiff and Sniff’ theme park it seems to me. - Richard could do some in character ‘sniff petrol’ stuff. I remember his Roy Lanchester episode somewhere else, which I loved. Troy Queef, Carcoat Damphands deserve an outing. - I do enjoy your musings on the ‘what car should I buy’ subjects. How about a regular feature, with submissions by Patreon members?

Martin Wastie

Love the pods. Found it hard to make time to watch the videos (even though they were well produced), but the pods work well for me. Just right lenght and like the mix of topics/content. Always look forward to them brightening my Mondays!

Richard Adams

I'll jump on Apple Podcasts at 3pm on a Monday arvo without fail. My only criticism is that it's not long enough. Don't feel a slave to the 1-hour time frame you've set, if there's a story about a broken transfer case input shaft on a 1996 Land Rover Discovery, or a tale about Jonny dropping acid at a Gloucester rave in 1996, keep it going. Would rather hear it, even if it blows out the time budget. Much love from Australia.

Ash Westwood

I miss the videos, but I love the podcast anyway. It's the only one I listen to!

Ben Oliver

Very happy, gentlemen. I don't interact much on here because I don't have a lot to contribute, but you've fast become my favorite thing about Mondays.

Geoff Evans

Its all good guys and its great to feel involved which I guess is what Patreon is about for me. I'd love to be able to buy a personalised "Smith and Sniff" mug!

Dave Smith

Keep it up lads. Early release doesn't work for me as I listen through Spotify while cooking on a Monday. Really appreciate the show notes. Happy to contribute for the entertainment value.

Giles Guthrie

Happy with the podcasts, listen to them when running. As I’m greedy would always like longer podcasts but they are fine as they are. I did enjoy the old videos but completely understand how a podcast is easier and if it means I get a weekly dose of smith and sniff. Carry on as you are. Keep safe Matt

Matthew Hipperson

Worth every penny!

Jonny Goodwillie

I think these comments are quite conclusive... You're doing the right thing. We all love it, and it's fantastic. Only thing I'd love to see is, when you can be in a car together, video's on niche or old money cars around and about. Maybe a podcast on old money cars too. What's the most old money car you can buy brand new today? Old money cars on auto trader in different budget. Something definitive about what makes a car tangibly "old money" etc.

James Baker

To echo the previous comments. Keep it up Lads !

Mark Williams

It's all good, just keep on doing what you do.

Ian Ansdell

I think I’m just going to repeat the last 80 odd comments here really, but don’t change a thing chaps, and don’t feel the need to endlessly fill the feed with extra stuff. A weekly ep bolstered with some amusing Google Image Search photo proof is all I desire. Just glad to have you in my headphones every Monday. Or is it Tuesday? I’m in New Zealand so never sure of the time diff. Thanks for everything you do Messrs. Smith and Sniff.

Cameron Officer

This man speaks the truth - keep on keeping on.

Sam G

Alright how about a continental breakfast then? Some other idea's from other Patreon creators i support are perhaps a slack/discord server where we can all chat and get a bit of a community going? Maybe you could post some written stuff, be it articles you wrote for magazines or stuff specifically for this Patreon (I'm thinking behind the scenes stories from car launches or making TV). Do you have any outtakes from filming the Smith and Sniff YouTube vids? They could be fun to post every now and again.

Mat Guest

I support stuff on Patreon because I want the thing I like to carry on being the thing I like. No need for anything to change, I like that the pod never gets too long, yes I could listen to you guys for 2 hours, every week but I think keeping things to an hour or less stops it becoming too much. Scarcity of something makes it more valuable. I like that you guys engage with your audience though and that's all it needs to be really.

Mark Elliott

I don't think the format needs to change, it's spot on as it is. If the ccasional sitting in a car at Baldock Services restarts, keep these going too.

Mike Taylor

Reading the comments has been great - lots of people who feel like I do. No need to offer anything else I don't think. Just keep it going!

Book of the Future

This is how I see Smith and Sniff... I'm in a pub, on my own, on the table next to me are a couple of guys of a similar age chatting about ... What they're up to, current affairs, cars they're driving, cars they used to drive, the "olden days" (80s childhood / 90s growing up) ... Occasionally I can chip in with my recollections that relate to what they're talking about - I'm not that mad old drunk in the corner that makes them want to leave the pub (at least I don't think I am) ... eventually they call last orders and we do the whole thing again in another week. I don't expect anything more from the patreon, in fact I ignore the show notes because they contain spoilers and I listen on a Monday any way so don't benefit from the earlier release, I just pay to hopefully make it continue. Call it a tip, although if all listeners gave a tip it would help a lot more i'm sure but some people expect things for free on the internet. All I ask is that the podcast continues to be available on a format which allows comments because it would lose a lot if we could listen in on your pub chat without being able to chip in. I listen to other podcasts but get frustrated when I have something to say on a subject but know my comment would never get seen either by the hosts or other listeners.

FRSHNMNTY

Funnily enough I once hitched a lift off a very senior manager in Little Chef, who proved to be a very nice bloke. To date this he was driving the most specced top of the range new 2XX series Volvo estate, which he said he'd chosen over the more usual Porsche 911 for work and home practicality. Re the podcast, just keep riffing on life, universe, and motorised transport, it's been a great chill during lockdown and something to look forward to each week. BTW, fully agree that one thing a week is fine, though I am looking forward to the return of the videos.

C J Wilkinson

Super happy - keep it up as is. Would love a bit of merch...

Sam o’boy

Full cooked breakfast you say... The Smith and Sniff greasy spoon roadside cafe, dotted around in random places like the long forgotten Little Chefs. With an unnecessarily complex entry system, including a mandatory reversing into your parking space, to keep the fuckwit drivers out. Thanks for the extra episode.

Martin Stephenson

There's so much you're getting right chaps. Keep up the good work I think the Q&A format works well and should return semi regularly Don't feel pressured to do more than one pod a week I don't expect anything extra for Patreons, the pod is thoroughly entertaining keep it up!

Robert Lees

Yes, I'm happy, thanks for asking. Do not change one bit, the podcast is great as it is. I'm currently re-enjoying the "old" ones. And you 2 do not need guests, that would only interfere with your rhythm.

Lisa Monsterken

It's probably been suggested a few times but having an occasional guest would be pretty nice, but obviously someone in the same area as you both, some people like Chris Harris, Henry Catchpole and Andrew Frankle to name a few would I think add a lot to the times you occasionally talk about cars and mostly the absolute waffle we all know and love.

Finn Hendrie

Really enjoy the podcasts guys and to be honest, I actually prefer them over the videos now mainly because it's far easier to listen to these in the car ! I'd second the idea about occasional guests but not in an interview style approach, just as part of the insane chit chat. And yes don't panic about the one hour wrap up when a subject goes on a bit longer naturally ! Great work guys you've been a bright light over the last year

Mike Burns

I enjoy getting them earlier, ends up being Sunday afternoon over here in Ontario Canada ... otherwise I'm trying to listen to it very early on Monday morning before I go to work. Keep up the silliness please!

Ed Nicholson

So, I'm an american. Never been to the UK... would seem like I have nothing in common with you lads but quite the contrary- my favorite podcast to listen on a shitty monday am. I too have ridiculous thoughts and can go into tangents of compete nonsense that seemingly only can be funny to a few people. Keep it up, dont change a thing.

JimmyCocks

I'm here and spend money on your patreon because I love Smith and Sniff as it is, whether videos from a forecourt, podcasts or anything else you think of doing tbh. Maybe not mime though. To be completely honest I'm not even that much of a car nerd (hence my AMA question about paint colours...) but listening to a couple of good friends having fun chatting about anything - which sometimes meanders towards car-related things - is great fun.

Spartacus Mills

I’m in agreement with all the positive comments already posted. Love the podcast, it’s perfect on a Monday. It makes me laugh often and the facts and insights into the car world are excellent. Looking forward to more and more.

John Lancaster-Lennox

Love the podcast first postcast I have ever listened to. Old money of London was brill!

Daniel Rolph

Roadtrip Video!! In a rare but shit car!!

Daniel Rolph

I actually just want to help support your work! I don't really expect a lot via patreon, it's fun to read your posts, enjoy the podcasts, etc. Cheers!

Colin Kao

Just joined here on Patreon - Love it all so much gents - going backwards in the catalog and losing my mind at the ex driver track day bit, can’t wait to keep going! Keep up the amazing work ☺️

Tyler Hill

Don’t change a thing!!!! Idea though, until you are able to do videos again, what about a webcam view of the podcast as a one off? Also did the meaning of fizzy yogurt ever present itself? Very grateful for the two episodes this week, thanks for all the hard work. 👍🏻

John Taylor

This podcast is easily my favourite by a long way, I make a point of downloading and listening after 7 on a Monday as I want my listen to contribute towards your number on the chart thingy (presumably that benefits you guys🤷🏽‍♂️) Your show notes are a great way to put a picture to a funny story. I find your podcast a hilariously laugh out loudingly brilliant way to start my week. The way you talk bollocks and regale stories and anecdotes with an occasional sprinkling of car related stuff is great, and longer podcasts are the only thing I’d ask for. I’d forgotten all about the Brucey bonus second podcast! Brilliant 😎

Daniel Brown

Great reading the comments and seeing that I’m not the only person perfectly happy with the podcast just the way it is. It’s as much about being a British male who grew up in the 80s and 90s as it is about cars, and as a man bang in that demographic, and a car obsessive, this podcast is what makes Monday’s no longer the shittest day of the week. Keep it up!

Tengocity

Top notch work as always, loving the content. Even amuses my better half when I have it on around her. Breakfast sounds lovely, I’ve not had a fry in ages with the lockdown. Will need to rectify this now!

Martin McKenna

Absolutely spot on as it is- keep them coming!

Alistair Ellen

I was pleasantly surprised to read you asking me what I think. Thinking is quite difficult, i prefer to just listen. Since you asked here is a list: 1. Make sure it's hot, and served with some Daddies brown sauce. 2. Don't change anything else. Just out of curiosity. What bandwidth is required to download a cooked breakfast into my Black and Decker Re-Hydrator. It's 6 years old but should cope with that side of things.!

Firstdan2000

You just described me as well. I have to have my walk away from built up areas.

Firstdan2000

Love it as it is guys, but as you mention it yes if I could swap the tomato for an extra sausage that would be delightful .

Neil Denman

Gents, keep up the good work, no tweaking required. The early edition is good but slightly trickier to listen to on the Patreon app. I signed up so your lovely wives would let you keep doing the podcast and your children wouldn’t starve!

Jeff C

Can you stop making them so damned funny and entertaining please! It’s a nightmare as I go on my evening walk, listening with my ear pods. And complete strangers think I’m some sort of weirdo walking around openly laughing with a big grin on my face! I’m so embarrassed! (Luckily I am actually a weirdo, but that’s not the point!) 👍🏻 keep up the brilliant work! PS can I have an extra sausage or some black pudding with mine?

Andrew D Robinson

PPS. “Too long didn’t read”version of my rambly answer - Am I happy? Yes, very much so! I’ll shut up now.

Alex Brunsdon

It's become my favourite podcast. I'm a big fan of you guys. A little car sticker would be cool as someone else mentioned

Thomas Grant

PS. Personally I’m not bothered about the early release for the Patreons. As long as you keep the podcasts coming I’m happy to hear them on normal release date :-)

Alex Brunsdon

No keep things things exactly as they are.

Robin White

Hi chaps. I don’t tend to look at the show notes very often. The podcast is wonderful as it is. I have been listening to all sorts of podcasts for many years now, and Smith and Sniff is by far my favourite one of the lot! The occasional guest might be a worthwhile addition and I’d be happy for your normal episode length to be a bit longer, although the current length is absolutely fine. I love the natural, unforced banter between you, the interesting insights into the motor industry and the journalism world around it. While I enjoy your videos the podcast works much better for me – I love the fact that I can listen to it anywhere and regardless of what I’m doing. A great job all round! Alex

Alex Brunsdon

Keep it exactly as it is, it’s perfect. One of the highlights of my week.

Daniel Bevis

Great show, no need to change a thing. Perfect podcast length which personally always leaves me wanting more.

Bradley Winder

Been a fan since "Brian May's Matches" back on the Sniff Petrol Channel. Don't change a thing, it's so natural and not forced, yes obviously you need a list of topics to throw off one another. Given my age, I especially like the meanderings into the minutiae of 80s TV shows, Knight Rider, Dukes, The A-Team etc. Street Hawk needs some love!

Graham Dallas

The podcast is great guys. Don't be afraid to let it run over an hour if you wish. It's great having it early as it means I can listen on my way to work on Monday morning 6am. Could you do a drunk one?

Fergus McIver

Like others have said, I mainly do Patreon so that you don’t stop doing these great podcasts. No harm in you checking, but it’s still great! For me it was one listened forever smitten. Only thing I can’t get my head around is Richard buying that Range Rover... ...especially after having a great electric car! I do enjoy a listen on Sunday night while walking the dogs!

Peter Grogan

Oh, and the show notes are appreciated, they're good fun.

Phil Tordoff

Entertainment highlight of my week. Love the irreverence, geeky car facts, anecdotes and general banter. Keeping doing what you do. 👍

Phil Tordoff

Loving the podcasts, the shownotes on patreon are a nice accompaniment. It'd be great to see in-person videos return (though I wouldn't want to lose the podcast). I think it'd be funny to watch you both reviewing high-mileage cockroach cars

Ben Payne

PS: We need merch! C’mon!

Daniel Achterhuis

I am more than happy. The podcast couldn’t possibly be any better, or could it? I think a weekly selfie of Jonny with a toy car on his head would expand the Patreon experience. Oh, and a picture of Richard’s Range Rover, just to prove it’s still working. Cheers chaps!

Daniel Achterhuis

Podcast is brilliant.Having the podcast on a Sunday evening is great as it is far better than anything on the box.

Warwick Brooker

Just keep them coming, thanks.

Dean Atkinson

Guest specials now and again would be great, maybe starting with Harry Metcalfe! I’m sure there’s some great stories there.

Connor Hawkins

Completely agree! The show notes and the MP3 downloads are just an added bonus

Ben Payne

Don't change a thing, it's all good.........although a cooked breakfast does sound nice.

Noel Huggett

The podcast is great. Most of the meandering of your conversations clicks with my own memories of cars I've owned, music I liked in my youth or crazy happenings I've experienced. You guys have it dialed in so keep up the good work. On a side note I have wondered monetarily for the show which is the best form for us to listen to? Acast, YouTube or patreon? Just a thought...

Robert Lee

Tortoise and wasp content a bit lagging, otsot.

Brendan McAleer

I just wish there could be more of it! Since discovering the podcast only a month or so ago I've been through them all once and I'm going through again. Show notes was part of the reason I started supporting on here, really nice extra.

Matt Tester

It's an awesome podcast, maybe some patreon specials with guests especially some of the characters you guys know and deal with. Keep up the great work!

Martin Kent

Format is great; no need to change a thing!! The (somewhat) lack of structure is what makes it so appealing to listen too.....just a couple of mates talking about random things loosely based-around/inspired-by cars! Great value for money too!

Andrew Hart

I really like the content and it must’ve been discussed a year ago now but some subtle merch (esp car stickers) would be cool. Cheers guys PS feel like you’ve answered a lot of my questions on here which if anything just shows how much I procrastinate

Jamie W

Don't change anything! Even though I pay for Patreon I still listen on a Monday during my commute. I only contribute because I want this to carry on!

Nadeem Rahim

To be fair I think you are absolutely nailing it guys. More of the same 👍🏻

Thomas Emmett

All good with the current format in my book! A very distinctive show that I look forward to listening to every week. I like having the show notes neatly packed into a Patreon post as I barely, if ever, check Twitter.

Christophe D.

Perfect as is on that side of things....the only podcast I can listen to!

John R Wright

You found the sweet spot long ago. Don’t tinker with it. Early release a nice touch but I don’t listen until in the car during the week so irrelevant to me. Show notes handy for reference to understand better the randomness you’ve both shared. No tomatoes and sausages as a breakwater from the beans, please.

Rob Shelton

Don’t change anything und start selling merchandise - spoaaathhh and spoooooorrrrrr (french). And thank you very much, I am always looking forward!

#lescolsdesalpes

As most have said, don't change a thing and don't worry too much about the extras...I know I'm only a patreon to make sure you don't stop doing it!

Martin Thorn

The supplemental show notes are well worth my patronage, thanks!

Michael Cosgrove

Genuinely wish I could find something to suggest, but I'm very happy with the format as it stands. You already know that many of us are looking forward to seeing you eat overpriced pots of salad and drop crisps in press cars, but you've already addressed that.

Ronnie Whelan

All is good don't change anything. Just wish the podcast was longer. As for the 12 hours earlier i tend to wait until i am at work driving my truck. Great value for money. Would suggest maybe some guests like monkey Harris or tiff but not sure how they would fit in with your random ramblings.

Russ Hill

I signed up having burned through all your YouTube videos in the early days of the podcast/lockdown. Honestly, the podcast is far easier to listen on apple than on here and 12 hours isn’t that much of big deal. I love the pod but as a serial driver of dull company cars the videos of the exotic stuff on YouTube is something I’d love to see again!

Adam Jaeban

Don’t change anything. I look forward to all the random crap every week. Show notes are a nice touch and I look forward to more vids when situation changes 👍

Paul Sheward

Still thoroughly enjoying the podcast but also can't wait until you are both in a car on video again. I enjoy the largely unplanned format, but it was nice to have it loosely themed around a car you were both in. Videos really made the "I'm sat with two friends having a good time" even more immersive too. I don't really listen immediately so getting the podcast early isn't a big deal, but I do enjoy the show notes. A nice Patreon benefit to build on show notes could be a Discord where we can all share content and interact with Jonny and Richard.

Ben

Perfectly happy, thanks. Usually an episode or two behind so the 12 hours thing doesn't make a difference. I listen whilst out running and, now that lambing season is well and truly underway, my guffaws are getting quizzical looks from those too young to know better. The older sheep learnt to ignore my outbursts long ago.

James Bassett

Maybe having more deleted scenes or random text conversations drip fed to us during the week would be nice if possible but everything else is great, on that side of things.

Scott Carlton

Don’t change a thing! Listened from the start and I only signed up to make sure you carried on doing the podcast so not too bothered if you don’t do any extras (although wouldn’t say no!)

Jonathan Lambley

Although I can’t see the word sport anywhere now without my brain immediately going SPOWATAAAAH.

Steven Gates

Very very happy with what you're providing my ears with 12 hours earlier than most average Joe's. All I feel I/we need is meeerrrrrrrrch. All the meeerrrrrrrrch. I'm sure you're working on it. 👍🏻

George Wade

I’ve only just signed up for this madness, although you have kept me highly amused since December last. Keep doing just what you’re doing, it’s great 👍

Michael Blizzard

Very happy! The podcast has become like seeing a good friend and something I look forward to every week. I like the random tangents you go off on and the rapport between you two - makes it an easy and enjoyable listen. The stories and anecdotes often have me laughing out loud when I’m running. Keep it up 👍

Steven Gates

I don't think there's much more we could ask for, it's always top quality. A small bumper sticker may be cool though, so we can notice all the other listeners out and about. It could say 'Smith & Sniff' or 'Alldays & Onions', not picky! As a silly idea: SPOARHHHTT badges

Peter Norrish

Podcast is brilliant how it is. Video versions of the podcast would be cool. Looking forward to seeing more videos of Richard and Jonny in the near future

zain ali

I've managed to lose 17kg whilst listening to Smith and Sniff. Doubt it has much to do with the content but it gives me something to listen to whilst walking around Fenland. Those big ditches full of water fucking stink, by the way.

-

Very happy! More of the same please and when the opportunity arises more videos too please. Oh and if you'd like to vigilante detail my car then it'd be most welcome....just don't drop the suspension...

Gareth Turpin

To give you credit your intellect may not deserve, I'd say "Don't overthink things". You've stumbled upon a successful formula - don't mess with it too much.

Guy Sande

Any chance of an RSS link. No beans with my breakfast please.

Gordon Bartlett

I am a couple of episodes behind so it may have gone to pot very recently but I am happy with what we get. The chaotic, meandering style is why I signed up in the first place and I don’t want that to change.

Ian Jenkins

Breakfast sounds lovely
