Right now we have more than 700 patrons with invalid payment info than ever, if you take a second to double-check your payment info, update to an annual payment or cancel your pledge it would be a huge help in reducing that number for next month. Thanks for the help!!!

The best way to avoid declines is to either use Paypal or to change your payment to annual payment (ONLY do this towards the END of the month not EARLY in month!!!)
For existing patrons the following steps will help you switch over your pledge to annual.
- Log in, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner, and select Manage Memberships
- From your Active Memberships page click Edit next to the pledge you want to change
- You’ll see a familiar checkout page where you can select Annual
- Click Update. Note: you’ll be charged upfront for the discounted price
