The art is great as always ^^ I'm sure the main rule of Patreon is that non-patrons shouldn't be able to see the NSFW content right out, without clicking any links, i.e. when they just browse through creator's posts. For this very purpose, the creator can use attachments, as well as mark their posts as NSFW so that the viewer would first see the age confirmation dialogue. If all that is in place, then you're OK. I'm pretty sure they've blocked you for posting some free nsfw pic. The long period of you being blocked probably had to do with the fact that you had a very large number of posts, and for this reason they've moved you to the tail of the queue for accounts marked for review. So - no free nsfw stuff - and you're pretty much all set ^^
