Wishing Wells

The virst thing he noticed was that he was able to ear everything that was happening near the wells... But it didn't stopped there. He notice that every time someone pitched enought money into the wells, their wishes were graded... To him... First, a girl wished for longer hair... His hair quiet a lot. He tried to cut it short, but it grew back right away.
A litle girl wished for an older sister to help her in her homeworks... He started to turn into a cute 23 years old university student named Fabricia.
A little boy wished for a cat... She started to turn into into an anthropomorphic cat... Of course, if she was fully feline, she would not be the older sister anymore...
Later that day, while studying for her next exam, her hands started to get clumpier as she eared someone wishing to be able to do the hand walk...
