We're releasing today our portrait of Shingo Tamagawa, the animator behind the mesmerizing short film "PUPARIA", a fully independent work that he released last November after spending one year on preparation and more than two years on production.
Looking back at his motivations and emotions that triggered the project, we dived into his daunting process of production and his message for the industry.
