Make sure in User Preferences that High Quality Physics is turned on. It is also suggested to set physics rate to at least 60 or 73 Hz.

Hey. Try turning High Quality Physics on in your User Preferences and hopefully this fixes it for you. If it still isn't lined up for you, after turning this on you can try moving Jordan up and down slightly. But I feel like just turning on Physics will be enough. Please let me know the outcome.
